How Does It Work?

After the service is purchased, a member of the Touchline Marketing team will contact you to work through the details of configuring your survey.  The following is required of the purchaser:

  1. Email List - a list of ideal customer contacts to which the survey will be sent.  Max of 2,000 contacts.
  2. MailChimp Account - if the purchaser does not have a MailChimp account, Touchline Marketing can help you through the setup of a FREE MailChimp account for an additional fee. 
  3. Survey Review - review our pre-built survey questions.  Identify any survey questions that should be excluded.
  4. Send Date - select a date for survey distribution to customer contacts. 

    How Long Does It Take to Get Results?

    The entire process typically takes about 2 weeks.  Immediately after purchase, a Touchline Marketing account manager will be assigned to your account.  

    The first week is when the purchaser identifies their customer contacts, reviews the survey questions, and provides Touchline access to their email service provider (MailChimp).  At the end of week 1, a marketing strategist from Touchline Marketing will configure the email campaign and finalize the online survey.  

    The email campaign and data collection happens in week 2 and continues for a 7-day period.  Response data is available immediately after the first survey has been submitted.

    Survey response data is available on-demand for 30 days following the campaign.
