Leadership at Transition Realty desired an increased capability to stay top-of-mind with past clients, nurture new prospects in an efficient manner, and project a professional image throughout the market. The extent of Transition Realty’s digital marketing presence was an antiquated, non-responsive, website that was struggling to convert visitors into leads.

Transition Realty was a small business that didn’t know what to do with digital marketing but knew they needed to do something.

Solution

Transition Realty partnered with Touchline Marketing for services that included a Website Project and a Digital Marketing Starter Program for small and medium-sized businesses.

The “Better Than Nothing” Digital Marketing Starter Program provides Transition Realty with the components every company needs to build a proper foundation for digital marketing for less than the cost of a part-time junior-level marketing resource. The primary components of the program consist of a pre-built digital marketing plan, a lead magnet, a landing page, thought leadership via a monthly blog article, monthly social media postings, search engine index submission, and a quarterly email newsletter.

The Transition Realty website project required a migration from the Real Estate Home Pages platform to a WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The new website was built with a real estate design theme on the WordPress content management platform, included integration with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for interactive home search, and incorporated a deployment of a real estate customer relationship management (CRM) system. During development, Touchline completed an initial high-level design with a sitemap, detailed wireframe design, functional prototype, and a 65-point launch checklist.

Additional services included website traffic analytics (Google Analytics) setup, logo development, additional landing pages, SEO, retargeting code installation, drip email campaigns (marketing automation), social media setup/refresh, and search engine webmaster tools.
